Robert (Bob) Foley is a retired tax attorney. For much of his career, Bob worked at a large financial institution headquartered in Boston. Before that, he practiced at a law firm, and as IRS Chief Counsel.
Bob and his wife live in Natick and have an adult son working as custom cabinetmaker and finish carpenter in Mesa, Arizona His primary interests are volunteering, hiking and travel. Bob has volunteered at nonprofits ranging from civil rights to hiking and outdoors advocacy. He volunteers for medical studies, typically as a “healthy control“.
Bob graduated from Baston University and with a degree in finance and from Boston University School of Law with an LLM in Taxation.
