Improvements Made and Planned
We have some exciting news to present.
There are plans to restore the interior of the library to its original design.
The Board of Trustees has already funded and managed a number of repairs and improvements to the library
The best is yet to come!
All of the windows in the library were replaced with those that are more energy-efficient and historically appropriate.
The older glass was fogged, and didn't allow us to enjoy the views
Damaged sections of the historic fence surrounding the property were repaired
The landscaping has been restored, and enhanced. And the property is now a certified wildlife habitat.
The facade was restored.
The front door and stairs were repaired
New signage was installed
The interior was repainted.
